Your Privacy: Overview
RetireLife respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. We provide this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policy and practices and of the choices you can make about the way your information is collected when you visit www.retirelife.net (the "Site"). Your privacy is of the utmost importance to RetireLife.
Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to information that RetireLife collects from you via the Site. It does not apply to information that we may obtain or which you disclose through offline correspondence, or through personal contacts with RetireLife representatives. Additionally, the Site may contain links to other entities' websites that are not controlled or operated by RetireLife. Examples include websites of third party medical professionals and service providers. To the extent that you disclose, or you authorize RetireLife to disclose, your information to other parties, whether they are vendors, service providers or other users of the Site, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information disclosed to them. Collection of Your Information
RetireLife collects personally identifiable information only if you choose to complete the online forms and register with us in order to request information or assistance, or to receive communications offered by RetireLife via the Site. The personally identifiable information that RetireLife collects through these portions of the Site may include your name, address, telephone number, and/or e-mail address.
All of the personally identifiable information that you provide on the Site is maintained by RetireLife, or by service providers acting on behalf of RetireLife under obligations of nondisclosure. RetireLife may also collect certain non-personally identifiable information in connection with the operation of the Site, including IP addresses, browser or operating system information, data on advertisements or links on which you click, and the websites that you visit before or after you visit the Site.
Do We Employ "Cookies" Or Other Similar Technologies?
We may use "cookies," log files, clear gifs or similar technologies on certain portions of the Site. We do not use cookies to retrieve information that is unrelated to your visit or your interaction with the Site.

Children's Privacy
Although the Site is intended for the use of adults, and is not of likely interest to children, the forms on the Site are capable of collecting online contact information from children who furnish it without prior parental consent or parental notification. We do not intend to collect the personally identifiable information of children under the age of 13. If we discover that any such information has been supplied by children, we will disregard and delete such information.
Identification and Passwords
In connection with any RetireLife membership or certain other programs or services, you may choose, or we may issue to you a username, password or other similar access code. In order to protect the privacy of your personally identifiable information, you may not disclose your user name, password or access code to any third party, or allow any third party to access your account.
Our Retention of Your Personally Identifiable Information
We will maintain the personally identifiable information that you provide until you instruct us otherwise, or, in our sole discretion, for the longer of: (a) for so long as is necessary or appropriate to carry out the purpose(s) for which such information was collected and (b) for so long as we are required to maintain such information by law or other applicable rules or regulations.
Choice and Opt-Out Preferences

You may "opt-out" of receiving further information about RetireLife and third party products and services (other than services, support or other information that you specifically request by filling out the online forms or other applicable rules or regulations) by checking the appropriate boxes on the online and other forms. If, at any time, you prefer not to receive further e mail communications from RetireLife, we will provide you with the ability to unsubscribe from such communications.
Access and Accuracy
RetireLife aims to keep your personally identifiable information as accurate as possible. You will have the opportunity to update and correct any of your personally identifiable information collected and maintained by use by logging into your account on the Site and entering any new information about yourself. You must promptly update your personally identifiable information if it changes or is not accurate. We reserve the right to access or remove such information in our sole discretion.
